Global ISV Sales Business Manager
Led the engagement of over 40 global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners with Cisco sales and engineering teams.  Responsible for managing influence and enablement revenue pipeline of $750M.  Captured and verified revenue bookings data exceeding $150M.  Team lead for one global ISV sales specialist and nine sales acceleration specialists that coordinated partner introduction meetings and ISV pipeline capture.  Involved in the creation and validation of ISV solution sales documents for use by Cisco field teams.  Reviewed progress of key sales objectives with partnership stakeholders on a weekly basis.

Velocity ISV Sales Business Manager – Cisco/MarketStar (July 2014 to January 2015)
Championed the global ISV engagement strategy for newly-formed ISV Velocity Practice.  Launched practice with eight ISV partners managing a combined $90M in influence and enablement revenue pipeline.  Developed and implemented alignment cadence between ISV partner and Cisco field sales teams.  Refined processes for capturing pipeline and bookings data for weekly review with practice leadership team.  Participated in readiness review of ISV partners preparing to join Velocity Practice.  Arranged one-on-one meetings between ISV partners and Cisco executives at Cisco Live.
